An NBA referree has been accused of gambling in games he is officiating. Tim Donaghy referee, started making NBA bets four years ago, to include games he was officiating. He would tell high stakes betters, on what games to bet and if he was correct, he got large payoffs. He had information about who would win certain games.

NFL’s Vick says guilty in dogfighting case

Atlanta Quarterback, Michael Vick, when questioned, admitted to being involved with Dog Fighting Operations and was suspended until further notice. Of course like any famous famous sport figure, he made a deal to do 12-18 months in the slammer. He also will immediately be without pay as the NFL suspension applies.
